My Why

Many AuDHDers spend their lives trying to understand their experiences through inaccurate, incomplete, and pathologizing narratives because those are the frameworks available to them.

My work is about changing that.

I aim to empower AuDHD individuals - and those who support them - by increasing access to accurate, affirming language and conceptual frameworks that support clarity, self-trust and meaningful self-advocacy.

Through thoughtfully designed talks and trainings, I combine professional expertise, scholarly rigor, and lived experience to support increased awareness and information-sharing across clinical, educational, and community settings.

Learn With Me

Hi! I'm Kristen.

Thinker, researcher, and therapist turned speaker + trainer. Currently pursuing my PhD in Psychology with a focus on autistic masking and identity, I combine scholarly depth with the raw honesty of my own lived experience as a late-realized AuDHDer. Through my work, I aim to invite a reimagining of how we understand and show up for the neurodivergent community.
